      Pros

      They have a great training facility in Portland, Oregon. The insurances are affordable and have tolerable coverage. The 401k has a 3% match.

      Cons

      They do not train well to prepare you for the jobs you actually face in the field of work. The pay compared to risk and expectations is substantially lower than other trades and companies doing similar work.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good.

      Cons

      They treat the employees poorly. Quality of life, due to schedule changes and a general disregard for employee welfare, is very low. Also every year since 2013 we have been threatened that the plant will be closing.

      End of year salary bonus based on safety percentage is based on position and years with company . and they have an onsite kitchen that has some pretty good food

      Cons

      Management can tend to be more giving to the employees that brown nose .they don't give enough credit to the ones that deserve it
