Interesting Company with a high Growth potential and all the chance in the World to perform better Up to middle management - super strong and qualified colleauges

Cons

VP and up is not in touch or listen to level below - its a pitty, as there is the skills, solution and the will to do better - but it all is filtered out by a VP-level WHO is to focused on keeping their own seat - rather than listen and develop.
