      Difficult, unfriendly, unstable Environment

      Pros

      Good pay, some good benefits (becoming fewer going forward), well established brand in the market

      Cons

      Totally unstable environment (they change organization and org. chart basically every 6 months), very unfriendly, difficult to work, missing cooperation among people. High level of politics, and many VPs have no clue of real leadership or respect for the minimum human values.

      Pros

      Pay was actually good. I hear some say it wasn't, but that's ridiculous. Other than oil which is plagued with layoffs, they pay toward the top for the area. Benefits are pretty good too.

      Cons

      They just seem to be all messed up with their leaders. I mean, I almost never saw them and never knew if they cared about any of us or not. A few month before I left, Frank came to finish and he was actually the first one who seemed to really get anything done and who spoke to me and all of us like we mattered. But I had decided to leave by then. Had he been there sooner, I probably would have stayed.
