      Promotes Based On How Long You've Been There Not On Your Performance Management Is Overseas So Local Management Is Allowed To Be Passive Hours Can Be Extended Without Warning...If You Have Vacation To Bad They Close For Two Weeks At The End Of The Year UNPAID!!!! If You Have Vacation They'll Just Take It On Floor Managers Encourage Un Safe Activities On Off Shifts IE Watching Videos On The Floor Watching Football Games In The Quality Area Of Their Hubs Division Sleeping/Napping Team Lead Will Basically Chit Chat With Quality All Night Or Whoever Are His Buddies...No Actual Leadership Skills Really Present. High Mechanical Competence Low Management Competency

      Pros

      They are truly concerned with the safety of employees. And, for the area, the base pay is very good. They also have one of the best benefit packages around. I believe they offer a good path toward a career if anyone wants to take advantage of that.

      Cons

      Environment is extremely intense right now. They are having growing pains, but I believe once they are stable, it will be a very good place to work. Some people feel they get no input from management and that they are on their own. In some ways this is true, but I have noticed that some people do care and are willing to help.
