      Pros

      Very nice coleagues, nice benefits, and freedom to develope new ideas and concepts. Very dynamic organization and plenty of oportunitues

      Cons

      High workload, sometimes end customers have too much influence in the daily tasks. Differences in the strategy between group and SBUs. Not critical points.

      Pros

      Vestas treats their employees really well. Excellent benefits, flex time, and there was a management culture that supported work/life balance and understood the importance of family obligations. This is what I saw from management in the US and Denmark.

      Cons

      Jobs at Vestas in the US can be difficult to hold on to if there are changes in US laws, subsidies, etc. Vestas seems to go through swings of large hiring followed by large layoffs. Working with Danish coworkers could be frustrating, all decisions were made by committee after lots of debate, which made it difficult to empower the employees located at satellite offices.

      culture and family friendly environment. work load is not heavy. travel to head quarter in denmark common. benefits are good

      frequent organizational changes that leads to job instability especially when you are outside headquarter. also frequent changes in reporting officer.
