      I got to travel for Vestas and their insurance is really good

      They are not properly screaming people and the employees just don't care

      Pros

      Great benefits and uniform plans, great hours, good equipment, personal laptop and cell phone.

      Cons

      Not very good hourly pay for the responsibility and hazards. There is no reasoning with management if something is done wrong. Not much room for creativity, tasks are done by work instructions only. Tons of paperwork for JSA,LOTO forms,PTP, and the list goes on. Takes longer to do paperwork then the task in most cases.

      Great benefits package mostly paid for by the company.

      Cons

      Poor management, difficult schedule to work. swing shift 12 hour days. facility is in operation 24/7.
