      Great Benefits - Hostile Environment

      Pros

      The company offers great benefits and has very competitive pay. You get four weeks of vacation every year including your first year plus holidays. The health coverage plans and 401K are good.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment . Management and employees are poor communicators and do not treat each other with professional courtesy that is the norm at most organizations.
