      Pros

      The graduate scheme which I was part of was amazing. Great way to travel the world and meet some extremely bright minds. Had an opportunity to work with three different teams in 3 countries. Great work-life balance. Options to work from home.

      Cons

      Constant threat of lay-offs. Some really dirty politics. There are some bad apples in the management who spoil it for everyone else. Some highly skilled and valued employees were let go. Networking can get you quicker promotions / raises than actual results.
