      Pros

      The benefits were great, lots of vacation, competitive pay. Good health insurance. Opportunities are available for people who are willing to put in the hours.

      Cons

      When things get down to the wire, management disregards safety, quality and employee morale. Manditory OT, high pressure, high tensions. The place becomes unbearable. In addition, the rotating schedule is terrible for people with families or really any sort of personal life.

      The job itself is not too bad. Some people make it really difficult. The pay is ok and benefits are decent. A few good people.

      Cons

      Feels like there is no job security. Our whole team constantly threatened with being fired. They have been doing 12 and a half hour day mandatory overtime since July. It was only supposed to be for 4 weeks. It is killing us. I Avoid the lunch room and the outdoor area and eat lunch in the locker room because the vulgarity of some employees is absolutely disgusting. You will hear the F bomb and every other cuss word a hundred times a day.
