      Pros

      Benefits package was amazing, great people, slightly above average salary, relaxed culture, priority put on home / work balance. Being a Danish (European) company they really value and respect people's time away from work.

      Cons

      Lack of technical challenges in tasks. Being a new office we weren't trusted with tasks that we were capable of. Constantly changing management structure was also difficult since we were in a remote office

      Fantastic benefits, hourly salary, and rotating schedule. Ability to transfer to another factory, work location, or country is very high.

      Cons

      Ability to go part-time is not available at this time. Ability to drop or trade shifts for family or school could be modified better.
