      Pros

      401K and Salary. Health care benefits are great.

      Cons

      This should be treated as a temporary job until you find a better place to work. The average length of employment at Vestas is 12 months. Vestas Brighton doesn't respect any of their employees. Trust me I am a current employee and you want to find somewhere else to work. Pay and benefits are great because they have to be to keep you here. Vestas company policy is "Screw you if you quit, I'll just bring in someone else"...

      Pros

      The only pros I can think of is that we worked 4 days on and got 3 days off. Safety was a huge priority in the factory.

      Cons

      Hypocritical management, they wanted you to follow rules they would not follow. Run out of parts with no notice. Working in teams means people learn they can not do work and piggy back of others. QPI position given to undeserving people just because they were liked more by upper management. Pay was awful
