Fast-paced, innovative, and open to new ideas. Easy to move up quickly as long as you work hard. Great compensation and benefits.

Cons

Poor management, lots of sexual harassment that everyone knows about but doesn't stop, and a lot of money seemed to be spent on fancy perks even though layoffs were happening.
