Pros

Good work life balance and compensation. Lack of structure can lead to getting more done if you have a good network. You can get exposed to a lot of different parts of the business if you put in the work.

Cons

There are groups who have made it an art form to deflect all accountability and rarely do you have someone take ownership for a problem. There is a culture of finger pointing to the point where I believe it is part of the corporate culture. Be prepared for the hours of busy work caused by teams trying to justify their existence.
