Pros

Good working conditions and flexibility. Good feeling by working with green technology. Lots of things to be done and the possibility to lead the change in the energy industry.

Cons

The company is highly immature and some of the Danish colleagues much too proud of themselves to be able to listen the rest of the organization. Extremely poor talent management.

Very talented and dedicated employees at many levels of the firm, especially lower to middle. Solid enough products to compete on quality Always striving to improve (because it's badly needed)

Cons

Pointless and innovation-stifling politics at executive level Culture of firefighting pervades Financial mismanagement sends customers fleeing to safer ground
