      Great Health Benefits, very talented co-workers (if they have not yet left)

      Cons

      Low pay, No annual pay increase, difficult to move up beyond factory mangment, LOTS and LOTS of senior managment political battles distracts from addressing true factory issues and is a major factor in low moral. Safety is only a slogan on the wall, actions of sr. managment clearly show production is all that matters.

      Pros

      Good Benefits, Lots of time off, Good pay, Good compensation for travel. Christmas present every year. Other team members are nice.

      Cons

      Too much overtime at time, not enough work other times, Long drive to work especial during winter months. Food choses in canteen not good.
