      Pros

      Really great company to work for. The people are all very motivated to continue to drive the wind industry forwards. Very open to innovation.

      Cons

      The company can in some areas still be a bit Danish centric. That isn't a con in itself as I always enjoyed going to Denmark, but that effort is required.
