      - Extra work hours are easy to come by if you want them - There is a lots of room to learn and are provided with good training - You have lots of independence during the day as long you get your job done - Benefits are not bad

      Good salary. Work life balance significantly high compare to average. Trust and autonomy from all management. Focus on project cash. Very international with a very fair and equal working environment!

      Product oriented and not project oriented. Processes too complicated. Too many people not accountable for results. High turnover and manager not always able to deliver.
