      Hard work undone by poor management old & new

      Renewable energy, international workforce, global presence, Scandic collaborative approach to things

      Cons

      Poorly managed, reactive sales approach exposing company to risk, burning shareholders money without caring especially under former CEO Engel, lack of disciplines and culture of fear where people too scared to speak out for fear of persecution; "people before megawatts" was nonsensical slogan which was just as untrue as it sounds. Too volatile for job security.

      Pay Was good Benefits were decent Cafeteria was good i guess but way over priced

      I dont know were to start... Good job as long as you don't get stuck in finish department, were everyone thinks there better then everyone else. People may act like there your friends but in all actuality there spreading rumors about you just to make them look better then you. Ventilation in there is terrible and is constantly filled with dust. No one will use extraction on there equipment so fiber glass is just shot in the air for you to breath all day. Don't even think about reporting an injury and if you do and get put on light duty, might as well say bye to your job.. I was on light duty for 2 weeks until they fired me for some reason they made up.Unless your one of the supervisors golden boy or girl. Advice while your there if you get put in this terrible department.. don't try to socialize with anyone, just go there do your job and go home.
