      Pros

      Techs were well taken care of when on the road; own truck, own hotel room. Very positive and strict safety culture.

      Cons

      Six and one schedule (six weeks on site one week home).

      Pros

      Vestas has many dedicated employees that care about the business. Great benefits and vacation plans. Feels good to work for company helping provide alternative renewable energy

      Cons

      Financial instability. Dependency on tax credits --> uncertainty. While great benefits, comp is so-so. Constant reorganizing over the last few years has left many employees juggling too many roles while picking up the pieces.
