      Started great..getting worse and worse

      Pros

      -Good healthcare -Can be a great teamwork environment with the guys on the floor

      Cons

      -Morale extremely bad -Changing hours/days/time with little to no advance notice -Hard to move up -Many benefits eliminated: tuition reimbursement, Christmas present/party, took away cafeteria -Lots of layoffs and anyone not laid off yet is looking for other work to keep their family fed -I was excited to work for this multi-national company on the cutting edge of wind technology. Now I want out before it completely falls apart.

      Pros

      The pay is fairly competitive relative to competing wind turbine companies, though perhaps not as competitive compared to similar non-wind industry jobs in the area, excellent benefits, unique job tasks, excellent opportunities for travel

      Cons

      Sometimes frustrating bureaucracy and inefficient business practices. Lots of talk about reducing waste and increasing efficiency, but most projects aimed at doing that never get off the ground due to lack of funding and/or focus.

      Management in Denmark detached from reality Merit is not by talent but by who you know and how long you have been in the company
