      Pros

      Good pay, vacation time, mamagement did listen, training, benefits seemed beter than averave, musc playing throughout the factory, very safety minded.

      Cons

      Constant lay offs too dependent on productoon tax credit if still employed at Vestas I would prepare for layoffs, wind tax credit not looking good in the near future will have to wait and see

      Pros

      Felxi timing, good work culture, lots of encouragement from management to do new things and think out of box. Good salary and bonus. Free flow on information and idea.

      Cons

      Workload is too high sometimes, but overall nothing to be really worried or annoyed about as the office timings are flexible.
