Good benefits, decent salary, good people, good product, fairly conscientious about safety, some real product innovation, good company for worker bees, good company if you have captured the trust of senior Danes.

Cons

Company excels at squashing the goodwill and ambition of its employees Zero opportunity for advancement unless you aspire to be a manager yourself Managment skill appears to be inversely proportional to degree of influence Company is micromanaged from afar by clueless central management Rife with internal bureaucracies which are totally incapable of acknowledging improved practices Awful internal systems

Cons

Poor management and decision making process. Very reluctant to customize for China market and Chinese customers. Facing more challenges doing business in China
