Unfortunately the company was in a constant state of chaos and transition with multiple rounds of layoffs during the two years I worked there (2010-2012). Often these layoff rounds appeared to be conducted without much assessment of what the staff who were laid off were doing and no plan for how to pass their work on to others- this slowed down productivity significantly. In addition the company is too big for what its management can handle, resulting many operational inefficiencies and in a lack of proper tools, resources and training for employees to do their jobs. Some parts of the company are very technologically advanced and some are stuck in the 90s.

Reorganization made it very obvious that management will all be in Denmark and not the US. Discouraging to those in the US who now see there is little to no room for growth. The company spent too many years spending money freely, designing a top of the line product, and not focusing on actual market demand. Now they are trying to scramble to find a plan and are cutting all the wrong corners.
