      Pros

      Culture is good and encourages new thinking, innovative ideas are encouraged. Remuneration is good and slightly above industry standards.

      Cons

      Management is not stable on the business model. Many changes done to the product life-cycle and value chain. This results in instability of business and impacts the balance sheet. Many lay-off and repeated retrenchment cycles have been done in recent years (2010-2013).

      Great Health Benefits, very talented co-workers (if they have not yet left)

      Cons

      Low pay, No annual pay increase, difficult to move up beyond factory mangment, LOTS and LOTS of senior managment political battles distracts from addressing true factory issues and is a major factor in low moral. Safety is only a slogan on the wall, actions of sr. managment clearly show production is all that matters.
