People -oriented Flexible Caring Focused on safety People will find quite easy and comfortable working in Vestas. It will be a good place for people with no big career ambitions.

Cons

Poor management and decision making process. Very reluctant to customize for China market and Chinese customers. Facing more challenges doing business in China

good, reliable product/technology global organisation in place covering all active markets efficient manufacturing facilities deliver on time , in budget operation and maintenance superior in most of the markets

Cons

during current financial crisis where all financials have been pretty much impacted in wind turbine manufacturers due to the regulatory changes in many countries Vestas needed to change the course of the company but due to the big size of the company this has been done at least one year later than other competitors (more agil, smaller size)
