Danish culture and arrogance, limited possibilities for expatriates within DK, quality of life is very low as social activities like restaurants & bars are very very expensive, cars are very expensive, within vestas, everything moves very slowly

Be mindful of what you're getting yourself into if joining this company. There is no organization or structure in this company! The management team is fairly new, so they are attempting to find their ropes within the company. Their is no room for growth and development in the US. And every quarter one has to be afraid of loosing their jobs. The P&C folks will make the company appear as if it's the best place to work...It isn't if you're looking for job security and stability.
