prepare to be intimidated. my first week, I was told my Team Lead is disappointed in my work. told to find my own errors and solve them(?). Told my work is incomprehensible with no feedback and again told to solve your own errors(?).

Everything else. Managers insult you in private rooms with no cameras and when reported to HR you get sacked for made up reasons from your managers manager. Manager was racist aswell. Called me names in private. And got let go with zero notice and in my time employed there I saw this happen to 5 employees where one of them relocated from Italy for the job. Suprised this stuff isn’t in the news. They paid to be crowned one of the top employers. No chances of career progression I’ve seen ppl stay contractors for 8 years because they didn’t want to make them company staff. Work place abuse is rampant and that why everyone leaves after a year.
