Pros

- Salary - Good staff to work for. - Accessible site (bus in front of the company's gate)

Cons

- Poor organization process. Operators being pressure all the time and blamed for lack of a plan from the management (late materials, low infrastructure, old machines a long time running with the same problems). - Many manual processes and involving physical force, leave employees exhausted over 12 hours. Poor life balance. - Higher positions out of reach from the manufacturing operators. - The canteen during the weekend usually presents unbelievable conditions (overcrowded garbage, lack of cutlery, glasses, plates for employees).

Pros

Benefits are the best part about this company and that's where it ends.

Cons

Pay is okay at first and then they overwork you and expect you to work overtime. Overtime for salary is 45+ hours and straight pay. You get paid for 40 hours, give them 5 hours for free and then get paid what your hourly pay would be. Management is awful. You can complain about your manager to HR but nothing will happen. You'll actually get in trouble for going to HR about your manager. Have a good degree and want to move up? That won't happen here. QA has a high turnover rate, so once you're in they won't let you switch departments. And you definitely will want to switch after how overworked and underpaid you are. The only way out is to leave and hopefully come back once another position is open (outside of QA).

Pros

They are fully global, so there is opportunity to get experience in any and all markets. Remote is an option, but then expect to work all hours of the day to cover every region.

Cons

Processes are over burdensome and flawed. Pay and equity share very low. Health insurance only really available if spouse does not have. No extra benefits like fitness or internet Absolutely no culture, just pushing people to work as much as they can.
