      Too many chiefs and good workers don’t get rewarded

      Pros

      Wonderful benefits especially with health care.

      Cons

      Too many bosses to please. Your commitment and loyalty to them is not rewarded. Layoffs every year at Mylan for 5 yrs. Executive team is out of touch with markets and their employees. Keep your resume current.

      Exciting but work overload!

      Pros

      Recent focus on supporting employees such as ERG's and Training etc and better coms from the Global team top down. Exciting company to be part of, never bored.

      Cons

      There is no Work Life Balance. Workload is excessive and can only see this getting worse!

      Exciting place to work!

      Pros

      It's a very dynamic company and I find it an exciting and addicting place to work! The company offers tremendous opportunity, and you will have the ability to grow in the company if you prove yourself. There is always something to get involved in that will allow you to further develop your skills and experience. The people working there are amazing and make it a great place to be!

      Cons

      I don't see this as a con however, you would want to enjoy working in a fast moving fast paced environment. If you are looking for a 9-5 job doing the same thing everyday then this is probably not the right place. However if you thrive in a dynamic environment then it's a great place to be!
