The company frequently promotes leadership changes through press releases framed as major milestones. However, insiders know these announcements involve leaders who have been part of the existing structure for years, which can create a disconnect between external messaging and internal perception. There had also been considerable strategic repositioning while the company was already in the middle of a major transition. Shifting direction during an ongoing transformation has only created more uncertainty internally, and employees appear hesitant to speak openly about concerns. Overall morale appears low.
