      there are no pros working here

      Supervision is petty and will not answer any of your questions. "Training" is not professional or done in a timely manner. The trainer will be a coworker who already has their own work to do and on top of that they will take 2 weeks to get back to you on questions and feedback. I would not recommend this if it is your first time working in an office/ new grads because there will be no support or help for you to get acclimated to an office environment.

      Cons

      Micro management of everything by senior management. They don't listen and don't care. There's a flexible working "policy" but in practice it will be refused.

      - poor management and leadership: no guidance or nurturing of development - lack of communication from managers - no career progression: leadership team purposely holds you back and does not want you progress or grow - poor pay scheme: big guys looked after themselves only
