      Very rewarding at Customer Level but Management are bullies and will hand your hard work away in name extreme growth!!!

      Very Good Products, Good Place to learn sales and use as stepping stone, Decent benefits, Long Term Relationships can be fun if not taken away too early, Extreme Growth which creates opportunity for management positions If liked to be lead and micromanaged place for you.

      Culture Fearing Success, Dont respect your privacy or personal life, Programs designed take advantage of rep pay, Worst competition is Wurth itself and watch your hard work being handed away, Management Boys Club, Motivational Awards based on managers POV. Expense account terrible.

      No prod ,If you asked me last year if I loved my job it was a yes .. this place is burning fast

      Cons

      The new hires were shown favoritism , did less work , pushed work off to those who had been here longer all under the guise of it not being their job.. they likened basic work to admin work and wouldn’t even talk to customers, answer phones , update emails, address or take payments to release orders for customers.. HR threatened to fire a whole department and cursed us out over one employee .. they only gave two weeks for maternity leave.. they threw work life balance in the trash , they never gave raises , took bonuses away .. the list goes on and on
