Pros

Sense of community. Have made great friends. Great place to learn and constantly growing! Brand new renovation on warehouse and offices is happening now. Management on all teams are capable and attentive to individuals. A really solid company to work for.

Cons

HR moves VERY slow. Not a whole lot of room to move up, but company is growing so could be room in future. Again, HR moves too slow. Not able to work remote.

Relax, cheap life around the company. The company has lots of potential and it grows fast.

Cons

They don't value the employees, hard to keep them motivated. Almost no chance to get promotions, and everybody works very slow
