Pros

The colleagues in the teams for the most part are brilliant! Sort of like a support group for all the drama and non-sense we all dealt with. I got an yearly bonus pretty much every year I was there, and during summer we get one visit of an ice cream truck, very generous.

Cons

Biggest con: you're probably going to cry there, I certainly did multiple times, In my time working there I saw it all, at least 5 complete new HR teams, dozens and dozens of colleagues being replaced/leaving, but funny enough just barely any change in the management team, so with all the negativity still present, it is obvious to me where the problem was. Later speaking with other colleagues I discovered immoral practices like HR paying people to stay shut, cover ups for mistreatment, NDAs about those issues (illegal btw!) and so much more. One thing that really stings is that I saw many colleagues who left without saying goodbye and initially thought they were just being resentful, but later found out that HR/management had actually demanded them to leave without saying goodbye, how awful is that?! I think the only reason why a big lawsuit hasn't happened yet (as far as I know), is because colleagues who left had no energy left to deal with more drama, myself included. Moving to a new employer was an absolute shock to me, almost like PTSD. If any of my colleagues sees this review, please believe in your worth! Don't let years of poor treatment make you believe otherwise, and definitely don't sacrifice your health there, it's just not worth it.
