Pros

I love the atmosphere and the team spirit in our team. I haven't seen that very often. Of course it can variate from team by team or department by department. My manager is always available for me and supporting me any time. Even my senior manager is available for me if I need support. Every one has a voice here. So if you have some feedback or recommendation for wayfair (regarding internal process, technique or any ideas), they listen to you and will give you a response to this and make changes (if it is reasonable). This is what I have experienced here at wayfair. Wayfair puts a lot of effort into transparency.

Cons

Some times it is too transference and all the updates can confuse. Wayfair has a fast changing environment. So it is never boring. Sometimes it changes to fast and often. It would be great, if it can be a little bit more solid to settle down more a little bit.
