      It all depends on the individuals luck where they end up in wipro. 1. Good work and exposure to latest technology 2. Good facilities and process

      Cons

      1. No respect to employess (if not u, will hire another guy) 2. No hikes/promotions unless u resign !!! That's the only time they wake up and see that this guy needs to be given something 3. Overall managers needs to be trained well 4. Poor mgmt decisions during recesion, now they r feeling the heat

      Good for freshers, could get a good understanding of entire SDLC, and could get good opportunities with a certain amount of responsibities in projects Good competency groups Good trainings

      Cons

      You need to stretch more. Some un trained managers in the midle level.
