      Ethical organisation, fair and transparent practices, down-to-earth senior management, plenty of IT avenues to explore in your career - an employee could pursue any of the career paths within the company - software development, Sales, Consulting, Outsourcing, HR, Finance, what not !!, Strong processes in place, well diversified, strong businesses

      Cons

      Large organisation - 1 lac personnel, you could get lost, if you don't blow your own horn Mediocrity - Focus on scale rather than excellence Not a great inter-personal company

      Salary hike is minimal. You will get a growth bit it is very hard to get increase in salary.This is the only issue.
