      *Good colleagues *Pre confirmation period was a good learning period *Trainings were provided to while away time *Above average facilities

      *Appraisals and hikes have inverse dependency to distance from manager's cube *Lots of politics and blame game ends up in targetting junior most people *No feedback till last moment *Close to zero support if you are working at client location(was even told that "u worked for the client. u did nothing for Wipro") *Your future depends on the team you land up in *Lots of importance given to extra curricular activities than to revenue generating activities(all that glitters IS gold) *Lots of layoffs during recession cos freshers were taken in to maintain brand value and loyal employees were done away with

      Pros

      Outside look is very good.Facilities looks good but lots of processess and rules to be followed. Bus facility is good.

      Cons

      No proper management. Management never understands the needs and problems of the employers. No proper recognition for your work. Full of frustration and lots of work regardless of time.. They know even they cannot manage in the available time but they expect the work from us.
