      Compensation is low but good place to learn

      Pros

      1) Lots of processes which can be utilised in projects 2) Good focus on quality 3) Good chance of onsite/career progression if you maintain the right contacts 4) Good place to learn (UCF Initiative and other trainings that are available at offshore)

      Cons

      1) Compensation is much below industry standards. Normalization is said to be done frequently but effects on salaries are not to be seen 2) Bad work-life balance. 3) Lack of onsite or career progression or pay hikes if you are not maintaining the right contacts. 4) Insensitive to employee needs (related to relocation) 5) Focus on unimportant factors like Bulge.

      Challenging environment to learn and excel. Direct Interaction with the Clients gives you good exposure Flexibility in terms of roles and responsibilities - if you can take up the challenges - people are there for your support

      Cons

      Remuneration for work Job is too demanding - cant expect a 9 to 5 job International exposure is limited Primarily only interact with the Indian Clients Still considered as a little brother to Wipro Technologies

      Pros

      cool environment, no dress code so a fresher wud feel its just an extension of college.. intensive training offered for freshers very good infra structures at all the locations in india growth in terms of knowledge alone

      Cons

      compensation is not attractive and no good annual hikes become stagnent in some point of time poor appraisal and rating system transfer between locations is not easy to get
