Pros

They have a great benefit package which includes insurance, 401k matching, a very generous PTO schedule. There is a lot of promotion from within the company.

Cons

Right now there has been some senior management brought in from outside the company and the don't necessarily understand the full complexity of what the company really does.

Pros

The people here are the brightest in the business, there are no hidden adjendas and everyone has a genuine desire to help. Management is responsive and the shift towards retaining talent is very visable.

Cons

Compensation is not quite where it should be across the board, but there is an awareness of this and it is being addressed.

Great team. Training and opportunities for advancement are there for people who seek after them.

Cons

Managers in certain offices are not qualified and upper management does not listen to the thoughts of other members of the team.
