Pros

My boss in particular, while being tough as nails, is very gracious about time off and accomodating times where errands need to be run etc... Freedom feels pretty nice.

Cons

Pay isn't close to what the industry averages are. Centralized resources and permission are ridiculous and seem to harm productivity more than help. A whole lot of ass kissing going on.

Pros

Good benefits package. Work-life balance can be good or bad, depends on P&L you are part of.

Cons

Numbers driven ... almost to death - not everything can be crystallized to numbers. GE-like culture - sounds good, but not something to be proud of. Employee development is nil. There is no employee training program Senior management levels have lower competency. Few people know about this coy. Fewer can pronounce its name.

Pros

Some of the benefits like lots of vacation time is very nice. Your current manager will be the key to your enjoyment working there.

Cons

You're just a little guy there no advancement. The business moves regardless of what the pieces say
