Pros

None. It is a terrible company to work for. Bullying is the norm.

Cons

Salaries below market peers. Messy commission structure. Gossip is the way communication trickles down. Managers are abusive and dismissive. A machine for people churn. Values only on paper. Call diversity to hiring British-born people, some with different ethnic backgrounds, but all born in the UK, which gives then a very narrow view, where ideas are easily shutdown.
