Company has a broad range of sectors to get exposure to. Get the experience on your CV then get away as soon as you can.

Cons

Very toxic bullying culture. HR exists merely as a henchman for toxic policies. Most SVPs are based in Edinburgh and serve as enablers for the PE owners in the hope of big pay outs. Whistleblowers of toxic practices are managed out. I was literally told when I questioned a fundamental contractual change to my employment ‘you are in a power imbalance, Wood Mackenzie have access to a lot more resources than you do, we have the means to manage you out,’
