Pros

One of the best known energy research and consulting firm with a lot of learning potential

Cons

Company values have changed with the new ownership and that is letting people down.

Pros

None. It is a terrible company to work for. Bullying is the norm.

Cons

Salaries below market peers. Messy commission structure. Gossip is the way communication trickles down. Managers are abusive and dismissive. A machine for people churn. Values only on paper. Call diversity to hiring British-born people, some with different ethnic backgrounds, but all born in the UK, which gives then a very narrow view, where ideas are easily shutdown.

Pros

None - not one redeeming feature

Cons

Toxic environment, quite happy to make someone with 10+ years service redundant and pass the role to India to save money. Apparently the money they save is to be invested in AI which will mean more job cuts. Don't expect long term job security. Backstabbing management only looking out for themselves. Told not to discuss anything with peers, especially salaries.
