Pay package is very poor, culture in offices in the US and UK & Europe is very poor as been so many layoffs with rehiring nearly exclusively in India to cut costs

A quick succession of changes in ownership changes has meant significant internal change both structurally and strategically, but things appear to be settling into a pattern.
