I found it chaotic sometime. Too much politics going on. Many people only care for what they will learn from the job and how they can be more visible. So if you care about productivity and total benefit of the organization you work for, it sometimes got annoying.

But they bark at you via email & stab you in the back. Hypocritical toxic environment dominated by internal politics. Sales-dominated office; if you do anything else than selling fuels, forget making a difference. You don't. Obnoxiously bureaucratic. Stratified system of Rules that would interest more palaeontologists than business people. Largest majority of people sitting at their desk are busy writing emails to other depts only to justify their presence, with no real productivity involved. The "one team" motto is in reality a way of taking no responsibility over decisions and fosters a "blame culture". Be prepared to spend 70% of your time reading useless emails and be left with precious little time to produce something meaningful.
