      Good place to work, needs more opportunities for younger workers.

      Pros

      WFS is a good place to work on a day to day basis. The industry is an exciting industry to work in where constant change and adaptation is required. Additionally, WFS acquires many companies and continues to expand business into different areas.

      Cons

      While it's a great place to work on a daily basis, t the opportunities to move up for a younger employee are few and far between. The process is laborious to apply to another job within the company and not a lot of emphasis is made on internal promotion.

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture that encourages all employees to grow the business organically. Good compensation with great benefits. The job was never boring and your able to develop many good relationships with your customers and co-workers.

      Cons

      Internal issues with communication and performance objectives. Work/Life balance is more on the work end of the spectrum, with not much balance to employees personal life.

      Good company but salary is not enough to support family.

      Pros

      Management is very family first and willing to compromise. Benefits are good and most people are extremely supportive.

      Cons

      Pay is too low for responsibilities and work load. Director of this division should be held responsible for his actions and decisions but is able to put blame on others. He runs this office much like a sweat shop, micromanages people (even during off hours), and does nothing but stand around watching everyone work. He offers no skills which would allow him to assist with the work load and expects everyone to stroke his ego. Very disappointed executives have not taken action.
