      -Great benefits -Nice office -Bonus every year, good 401k match -Management easy to talk to

      Cons

      -low salary unless you fight HARD -they don't promote internal people who know the business, but would rather hire someone as manager from outside who knows nothing (or inside with no experience) instead of promoting internally

      You'll learn a lot and be exposed to a great workforce, but you won't be fully appreciated until you leave.

      Pros

      Workforce is very talented and hardworking; you won't be bored; ; exposure to a variety of skills; pay is competitive (you won't leave because of pay).

      Cons

      Your value to the company is often measured when you are not present; little or no recognition or appreciation from management. A lot of chiefs and too few braves (and most employee engagement activities are mere window-dressing; programs are often initiated without concern for how they fit into bigger picture (ie does it follow the mission, vision, and values?)
