Cons

micro managed, expected to be on top of work 24/7 even though paid for 40 hours a week. tuition reimbursment would be great.

Some nice colleagues but little else

Cons

Too many middle and senior managers out only for themselves. If you are in the "right crowd" and say the "right" things at the "right" times then you might might be a "favoured" one. The company has got too large and the top-heavy management team along with the the vast amount of middle managers have completely lost their way and core-values. The addiction to growth and shareholder value totally outweighs everything else to its detriment. A revolving door of staff on many sides of the business, demonstrates the severe levels of dissatisfaction and stress within the company. Instead of working on core trading and broking, too much time is required to spend on computer input which is "needed" for the every increasing back-office analysis teams.
