      Just salary.

      Pros

      Allows to immigrate from abroad. Good salary. Easy going when spending money for tech.

      Cons

      Very poor and very different processes in each team. Planning exists only on paper. Very poor internal tools. Unclear goals. Unclear responsibility. Duplicated and poor internal systems, especially Google Chat. 2 weeks on-call shifts. Toxic culture in general.

      Pros

      Employee friendly working hours Quick help if you have to leave early/arrive late due to daycare or appointments

      Cons

      Many team leaders don't take bullying seriously or ignore it. Even if the bullies have already committed criminal behaviour. Some team leaders are even involved in the bullying. If you report it to the team leaders, it gets even worse. As soon as your mental health can't cope anymore, they simply fire you.
